'Crust & Charms Pizzeria' had one humble goal: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Munich. The Rossi family opened a quaint family-operated pizza place in 1985, which has its roots in ancestral recipes.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, picked up the intricacies of pizza-crafting throughout Italy, particularly from experts in Naples, the pizza's birthplace. Once back in the UK, her resolve was strong to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, emphasizing traditional techniques and selecting top-tier ingredients.
Our original tiny establishment with only 12 seats expanded into a cherished local sensation, though our devotion to excellence and genuine preparation remained steadfast. We continue to employ wood-fired ovens, create our dough from scratch every day, and select the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'Crust & Charms Pizzeria' is still under the management of the Rossi lineage, with the next generation steering our dedicated team. While we've adopted new advances, our core mission endures: crafting delectable, honest pizzas that gather everyone around the table.
